• Hospitality Excellence: Deliver and enforce “Unparalleled Hospitality” standards to ensure every customer is completely satisfied.
• Shift Operations: Oversee opening and/or closing procedures, register accountability, cash handling, and safe drops according to company policy.
• Quality Control: Ensure all smoothies and food items are prepared to exact specifications, meeting our high-quality standards in a timely manner.
