Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Café in Anderson, Indiana, is seeking a Brand Ambassador / Café Shift Lead to welcome guests with hospitality and guide a small crew. You will train crew members, uphold product and service standards, and contribute to a fun, healthy workplace culture.

The role requires leading a team of 2–5 people per shift, communicating with managers, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. Pay ranges from $12.00 to $14.00 per hour with tips, training, and benefits after introductory period.

Physical Requirements:

• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or trash removal.
• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
• Participate in all Tropical Smoothie Café training programs

Schedule:

• Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer.
• Ability to work up to a 20-40 hour work week

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
