Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US with 100+ locations, is seeking energetic managers who are passionate about people and results. You will join a management team committed to serving one meal, one family, one neighborhood at a time and will help grow with the company as 30 new locations are planned in the next five years.

Sales and Product

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.

Leadership

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
