Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking a shift leader for Marco's Pizza in Neenah, Wisconsin. You will lead people, ensure outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales and control costs for the restaurant.

Open and close shifts, maintain standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and deliver great guest service while resolving issues. Train team members, manage deposits, and support marketing initiatives as we grow with new locations and strong training.

Qualifications

• Desire to ensure happiness of our customers.
• Ability to lead a team to produce high quality services and product.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values.
• Create an environment that promotes the company culture and philosophies to attract, retain and develop our people.
• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.
• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
