Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, owner of Marco's Pizza locations in the US, is seeking energetic managers to lead shifts, train teams, and ensure fast service, quality food, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee deployment of staff, maintain standards, and uphold cash handling and deposits with integrity.

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.

Leadership

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
