Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $22.00 per hour plus tips.

Role Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and create an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy pizza that is personal.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, fostering an experience where pizza is personal and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Exemplify MOD values and demonstrate a service mindset through effective leadership
• Create a positive MOD vibe for customers
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and demonstrate operational standards to the Squad
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating front-line employees
• Strategic thinking and tactical action skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
