Compensation: $22.00 / hour + an incredible tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average almost $4/hour in tip earnings!

Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and create a place where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Model MOD values and demonstrate effective leadership and service mindset
• Create the MOD vibe expected by customers
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and demonstrate operational standards to Squad
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating staff
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy shifts
• Must be at least 18 years old
