Role Summary

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead the Squad to deliver personalized pizzas and salads, embodying our service values and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy pizza that is personal.

Key Responsibilities

• exemplify MOD values and demonstrate effective leadership
• Create a positive MOD vibe for customers and staff
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high energy
• Train staff in operational standards and procedures
• Collaborate with the General Manager to engage with the community

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy times
• Minimum age of 18
