Compensation: $16.70/hour + tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average nearly $4/hour in tips!

Summary

As a part of our Restaurant Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver excellent pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and create an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, fostering an environment where pizza is personal and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Exemplify MOD values and demonstrate effective leadership and service mindset
• Create a positive MOD vibe for customers
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and demonstrate operational standards and resources
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating front-line staff
• Strategic thinking with tactical action
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy times
• Must be at least 18 years old
