Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group seeks a Shift Leader for Marco’s Pizza in Wisconsin. Lead a multi-person team to deliver outstanding pizza and customer service, while maintaining cleanliness, speed, and quality across each shift.

You will manage deposits, supervise staff, and support local promotions and daily operations to drive sales and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates are energetic, people-oriented, capable of training teammates, and comfortable handling cash and safety procedures.

Sales and Product

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.

Leadership

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
