Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking a dynamic Shift Leader for Marco's Pizza locations in Tulsa, OK. You will open/close shifts, supervise team members, ensure product quality, service speed, and guest satisfaction while managing costs and deposits.

Sales and Product

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.

Leadership

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
