- Lead the team, ensuring food is prepared accurately and delivered to customers promptly.
- Manage shifts and delegate tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate exemplary knowledge of the job and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle upset customers and food issues politely, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accept deliveries, verify completeness and correctness, and issue refunds if necessary.
- Communicate with managers/owners about inventory status, deliveries, and stock levels.
- Manage petty cash, perform bank visits for change, and restock the register nightly.
- Provide feedback on employees' strengths, weaknesses, and dependability.
- Oversee break schedules, ensuring punctuality and appropriate breaks.
- Attend management meetings and contribute ideas to improve efficiency, safety, and recipes.
- Assist with interviews, evaluations, training, marketing, and sales efforts.
- Memorize training materials and explain the health benefits of ingredients and food to customers positively.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and outside area, checking every 15 minutes.
- Deliver excellent customer service, including polite interactions and accurate wait times.
- Assist with ordering, ringing up guests, and answering phone calls.
- Have thorough knowledge of food, recipes, and preparation procedures.
- Prepare food according to proper procedures and maintain sanitation standards.
- Organize and put away deliveries, wash dishes, and ensure cleanliness.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure timely and correct order preparation.
- Carry food to customers and communicate scheduling needs to managers.
- Arrive punctually, take appropriate breaks, and complete opening and closing duties.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
- Follow sanitation and safety guidelines, and practice cost-cutting measures.
- Work collaboratively as a team and monitor food quality.
- Handle special circumstances and communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
