Compensation: $16.00 per hour plus tips.

Summary:

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver amazing pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and foster an inclusive environment where everyone can experience personalized pizza.

You will lead the making of pizzas for various customer preferences, creating an experience where pizza is personal and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be an example of MOD values and behaviors, demonstrating a service mindset through effective leadership
• Create a positive MOD vibe for customers
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and demonstrate methods for accomplishing store tasks
• Know operational standards and resources
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating front-line employees
• Strategic thinking and tactical action skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused in busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
