Compensation: $17.95/hour + tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average almost $4/hour in tips!

Summary

As part of our leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example for service and create a welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

You will lead the preparation of pizzas for diverse preferences, fostering an inclusive environment where pizza is personal and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Model MOD values and demonstrate effective leadership and service mindset
• Create a positive MOD vibe for customers
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and demonstrate operational standards and procedures
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate team members
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods
• Must be at least 18 years old
