Compensation: $17.95/hour + tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average nearly $4/hour in tips!

Summary: As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads with style and personalization, embodying the spirit of service and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

You will oversee pizza making for diverse customer preferences, fostering an environment where pizza is personal and everyone belongs. Over 70% of MOD Leaders are promoted internally, supporting employees in reaching their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model MOD values and behaviors, demonstrating a service mindset
• Create the MOD vibe that customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and demonstrate operational standards and methods
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience coaching, training, and motivating front-line staff
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods
• Must be at least 18 years old
