Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant during meal periods to uphold hospitality, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Correct operational mistakes to satisfy guests.
• Provide motivational support to team members.
• Assist with management of team schedules.
• Exhibit leadership through a supportive presence on shifts.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Complete opening and closing duties and stock supplies.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff.
