Compensation: $19.00 per hour plus tips.

Summary: As a part of our Restaurant Leadership team, Shift Supervisors lead the Squad Crew to deliver great pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and create a welcoming environment where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exemplify MOD values and behaviors, demonstrating a service mindset through leadership
• Create a positive MOD vibe for customers
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and coach Squad members in operational tasks
• Ensure knowledge of operational standards and resources
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate front-line staff
• Strategic thinking and tactical action skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy times
• Must be at least 18 years old
