Compensation: $18.50 per hour plus tips.

Summary: As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver excellent pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service, creating a space where everyone can experience personalized pizza.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse preferences, fostering an inclusive environment where pizza is personal and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, embodying MOD values and a service mindset
• Create a welcoming MOD vibe for customers
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and demonstrate operational standards to Squad members
• Partner with the General Manager to engage with the community

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate staff
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy times
• Must be at least 18 years old
