Flynn Arby’s in Missouri is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead daily operations, uphold service standards, and maintain store cleanliness. You will train and develop team members, ensure policy compliance, and drive sales while managing inventory to minimize waste.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a supervisory role in food service, excellent communication, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
