Job summary

Harriet's Hamburgers in Ballantyne, NC is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to open or close the store, lead daily operations, ensure food safety and quality, and meet or exceed food cost, labor, and sales goals. You will work with a team to improve speed of service, guest satisfaction, and cleanliness.

You will train and coach staff, assist with hiring, create schedules, and ensure strict adherence to company standards. This full-time role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts

Responsibilities

• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
• Coach, encourage, and hold staff accountable to policies/procedures
• Communicate with other leaders to setup restaurant shifts for success
• Help with hiring and evaluations
• Communicate needs and feedback of staff in leadership meetings
• Oversee scheduling and daily restaurant operations
• Ensure health code compliance and sanitation standards
• Drive guest satisfaction through speed of service and quality
