Hardee's of Lillington is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to train, supervise and motivate a team, ensuring quality, service and cleanliness while controlling costs. You will lead shifts in the absence of management and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will work in a team-oriented environment, conduct crew meetings, manage labor and inventory, and ensure safety and procedures are followed to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service and cleanliness.

• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures and promotions.
