Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee's location in Angier. The role focuses on supervising shifts, training crew, and upholding quality, service, and cleanliness to drive sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Values teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness per company standards.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts to discuss operations, promotions, and safety.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Oversee cash handling and banking procedures when in charge.
• Ensure personal appearance and professionalism.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment.
