Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years restaurant or hospitality experience.
• 6+ months in a leadership or shift-lead role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty for assigned shifts.
• Lead and coach front-of-house team.
• Make real-time operational decisions to maintain service.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are completed on time.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust assignments.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns.
• Coordinate with departments for events and daily ops.
• Handle cash, deposits, and shift reporting.
