Qualifications

• Maintains fast, accurate service and ensures products meet company quality standards.

• Monitors inventory, food preparation and order fulfillment to ensure adherence to standards.
• Establishes and achieves service speed targets and resolves bottlenecks.
• Directs HR activities including hiring decisions, staff development and coaching.
• Develops staffing plans and monitors payroll and other controllable costs.
