Harriet's Hamburgers in Ballantyne (Charlotte) is seeking Restaurant Team Leads to oversee daily operations, open/close duties, and ensure high standards of food safety and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team, optimize speed of service, maintain quality, and drive sales while controlling costs.

Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required for this full-time role. Average pay is $22/hour (including tips).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts.
• Impeccable work ethic and passion for Harriet’s Hamburgers values.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the store and lead daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure food safety and quality assurance standards are met.
• Strive to meet or exceed food cost, labor and sales goals.
• Coach and train team members, and grow other leaders.
• Communicate needs and feedback in leadership meetings.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory and compliance with procedures.
