Job summary

SNS RESTAURANT INC is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations during a shift. You will create staff schedules, supervise team members, and assign duties to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience in food service, a calm under pressure, and strong communication skills to drive performance and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office, RMS and POS systems.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed
• Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
• Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact
• Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels, reorder and restock when necessary
• Cover the shifts of absent employees
