Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Restaurant Shift Lead to help guide daily operations and support our restaurant team. This role focuses on leading a friendly, efficient crew and delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to motivate teammates while upholding Capriotti’s standards for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team during daily restaurant operations
• Delegate tasks and ensure shift duties are completed
• Maintain Capriotti’s standards for food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Follow company policies for food safety, sanitation, and cash handling
• Assist with scheduling support, labor management, and inventory monitoring
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen and dining areas
• Support smooth shift transitions through clear communication with management
• Recognize and encourage team performance and positive contributions
• Promote a team culture built on respect, accountability, and professionalism
