Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a part-time Restaurant Shift Lead in Douglas, GA to supervise a shift, coordinate team members, and uphold Brand standards. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, safety, and daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach staff, ensure food safety, manage cash and inventory, and complete end-of-shift paperwork while maintaining a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of a shift in a restaurant.
• Coordinate the work of team members assigned to the shift.
• Maintain Company and Brand standards ensuring guests leave satisfied.
• Direct team and ensure food items are prepared and served according to regulations.
• Coach team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory control records for the shift.
• Complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required.
• Communicate discrepancies to immediate supervisor.
• Guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests by following laws and safety codes.
