Taco Bell franchise is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts and ensuring Taco Bell standards are met. You will take ownership to solve problems, guide others, and ensure team members complete duties while serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner.

You will also help maintain a safe environment for staff and customers and handle issues with customers promptly. This role rewards teamwork and adherence to policies across the restaurant.

Responsabilités

• Support the RGM by running great work shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.
• Take ownership to solve problems, seek help when needed, and guide others.
• Ensure Team Members complete duties and serve safe, quality food with a friendly attitude.
• Keep the restaurant a safe place for Team Members and customers.
• Handle customer complaints quickly and with a smile, providing feedback to the team.
• Communicate openly with management and follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
