Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to deliver quality customer service and food using brand standards. You will assist in management tasks under the guidance of the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with 1+ years in food service or retail supervision, and must pass a background check. Strong English communication may be required at certain stations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; fluency in English may be essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
