Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or retail leadership.
• Experience as Shift Lead, Crew Leader, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
