Texas Roadhouse in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Restaurant Shift Lead with strong communication and leadership to support the management team and help drive guest satisfaction on a daily basis.

You will supervise front and back of house during shifts, coach staff to follow recipes and procedures, manage labor costs, enforce liquor rules, and promote a fun, safe, high‑energy work culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant staff and operations.
• Ability to train and coach teams to maintain service standards.
• Knowledge of food safety and liquor laws a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts.
• Hands-on supervision of the restaurant and staff.
• Host promotions and Alley Rallies.
• Ensure staff follow established recipes and procedures.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Control guest flow and monitor ticket times.
• Enforce employment policies in areas of responsibility.
• Coach employees to maintain consistency in food and service.
• Conduct 100% table visits where applicable.
• Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.
• Maintain culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose.
• Work during peak hours to set the pace in Front or Back of House.
• Create a fun, safe environment with contests, theme nights, and incentives for staff.

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Shift Lead who has strong communication and leadership skills to assist the management team.

As a Restaurant Shift Lead your responsibilities would include (responsibilities would vary depending on Front of House or Back of House):

• Helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts
• “Hands on” supervision of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to, occasional temporary non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other duties
• Hosting promotions (incentives) and Alley Rallies
• Helping make sure staff is following established recipes and procedures
• Helping enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Helping to control the guest flow and monitoring ticket times
• In conjunction with all management, enforcing compliance with all employment policies in areas of responsibility
• Coaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales
• 100% table visits (if applicable)
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Maintaining culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purpose
• Working during peak business hours to set the pace in Front or Back of House
• Creating a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff
