Job summary

Darling Ingredients is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to coordinate and communicate service requirements for our Restaurant Services customers across our DAR PRO plants. You will provide first-class, personalized service and support, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and tracking service timelines.

The role demands strong communication, problem solving, and data-entry skills, with a weekend day shift rotation and a 4-day weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience with a service-oriented company.
• 1 weekend day shift and 4 weekday shift, rotation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide service support to Restaurant Services customers via the centralized 855-DARPRO1 line.
• Research and resolve service requests and provide troubleshooting guidance.
• Coordinate service with DAR PRO facilities and track installations.
