Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a senior coordinator to manage daily restaurant services, oversee market communications, and coordinate with centralized customer service, purchasing, and automated ordering systems for Distribution Center operations.

The role emphasizes building relationships with operators, managers, suppliers, and field offices, while ensuring alignment with customer communications and process changes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant services, including market communications, inventory control, and promotions.
• Develop and cascade customer communications, including newsletters, guidebooks, new processes, and contingency plans.
• Own credit and claims processes for the distribution center.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Owner/Operators, Restaurant Managers, Suppliers, and Field Office positions within the local market.
• Act as liaison between customer supply chain manager and distribution center.
• Ensure our internal stakeholders are aligned with customer communications and changes to processes and procedures are cascade appropriately.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree + 4 to 6 years of related experience + 2+ years of management experience
