Now Hiring: Service Manager

We’re currently looking for a high-energy, systems-minded Service Manager who can help us lead our team, build a positive and collaborative culture, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead daily service operations with confidence, clarity, and charisma
2. Coach, mentor, and grow team members through hands-on training and feedback
3. Drive excellence in hospitality—every shift, every guest
4. Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
5. Support seamless communication between service and culinary teams
6. Create a vibe that’s welcoming, upbeat, and on-brand for Taco Boy

What You Bring to the Table:

1. 2–5 years of high-volume, full-service or upscale-casual restaurant management experience
2. A track record of strong leadership and a passion for developing people
3. Calm, upbeat energy even under pressure
4. Solid understanding of P&L, labor and cost control, and inventory systems
5. Experience writing schedules and running effective pre-shifts
6. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
7. Bonus points if you have BOH/kitchen management experience

Minimum Requirements:

1. Reliable transportation
2. Ability to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
3. Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items
