Job summary

Taco Boy in Charlotte, NC is seeking a high-energy Service Manager to lead daily service operations and foster a positive, on-brand culture. You will coach staff, optimize staffing and scheduling, and ensure outstanding guest experiences across shifts.

The role rewards strong leadership with opportunities for advancement, a focus on training, and involvement in inventory control, P&L awareness, and collaboration with the culinary team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of high-volume, full-service or casual restaurant management experience.
• A track record of strong leadership and a passion for developing people.
• Calm, upbeat energy even under pressure.
• Solid understanding of P&L, labor and cost control, and inventory systems.
• Experience writing schedules and running effective pre-shifts.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Bonus points if you have BOH/kitchen management experience.
