Job summary

XO Taco in Syracuse, NY is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead daily operations, motivate a dedicated team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across dining room and bar.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong hospitality know-how, excellent communication, scheduling and cost control, plus the ability to coach staff, resolve guest concerns smoothly, and keep service running at peak during every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline hospitality management or similar role.

We're looking for an experienced, energetic, hands-on Front of House Manager to join the XO Taco team!

We're looking for someone who:

• Leads by example and knows how to motivate a team.
• Has a strong understanding of hospitality and guest service.
• Can confidently manage a busy dining room and bar.
• Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
• Understands scheduling, labor, and the importance of controlling costs.
• Can handle guest concerns professionally and turn a problem into a positive experience.
• Communicates well with both FOH and BOH.
• Isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.
• Brings positive energy and takes pride in creating a great restaurant experience.

This is a hands-on leadership position:

We want someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing their team, and making sure XO Taco is running at its best every shift.

• Previous food & beverage/retail management experience.
• Experience in training, managing and coaching a team.
