WE ARE
Kona Kai San Diego Resort is a boutique urban resort located on Shelter Island. With 170 guestrooms, Kona Kai Resort is home to Vessel Restaurant + Bar, SpaTerre, a marina and a private club, all located just minutes from downtown San Diego. We are excited to welcome a new Restaurant Server to our island-inspired resort.

THE JOB:
As AM/PM Server, your friendly, energetic and professional personality will be the morning/evening face of the restaurant. We are looking for a new team member to work AM/PM shifts, primarily in Vessel restaurant. In this position, you serve top-notch food and beverage with class and style adding to the wonderful start of a new day of the guest's dream vacation.

REPORTS TO: F&B Manager, Restaurant General Manager & Executive Chef
Requirements
YOU:
1. Previous customer service experience preferred in a high volume fast - paced restaurant and or pool.
2. Food Handlers & RBS Certification is preferred, but not required
3. Positive, upbeat personality works well on a team, desire to learn, and able to multi-task
4. Hours will vary-- flexible schedule is required
5. Attention to detail
6. Minimum of 21 years old with the ability to serve alcoholic beverages
7. 2+ years of experience is preferred
