Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or food service.

• RBS certified within 30 days of hire.

Centonove is an upscale, Italian restaurant located in the heart of downtown Los Gatos. We are a gathering place for guests to relax, enjoy the food and drink of Italy, while they connect with friends and family. Our lunch and dinner menu offers traditional handmade pastas, gourmet pizzas and an extensive Italian wine menu--as well as Italian beers and traditional cocktails.

Centonove is looking for great people to join our small, family team. Responsibilities:

• Maintain an exceptional level of customer service, hospitality and professionalism in a fast‑paced environment
• Explain menu items and provide recommendations based on customers’ needs
• Serve food and beverages to guests in an upscale dining environment
• Clean, prepare and set the dining areas before, during and after service
• Find ways to support the FOH and BOH teams during your shifts
• Take phone reservations and orders, expedite takeout and delivery
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
