Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport with guests.
• RBS certified within 30 days of hire.
• Serve Safe certified within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an exceptional level of customer service and professionalism.
• Explain menu items and provide recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages in an upscale environment.
• Clean, prepare and set dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Support FOH and BOH teams during shifts.
• Take phone reservations and orders.
