Job Summary

Take food and beverage orders and deliver items efficiently to guests. Essential duties include:

1. Promptly and warmly greet guests; take food and beverage orders following established service steps.
2. Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards; follow up on guest needs.
3. Understand menu items and ingredients; advise guests on food and drink pairings; accommodate dietary needs and allergen information.
4. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests.
5. Exhibit excellent communication skills and teamwork; remain flexible and patient.
6. Handle tickets and cash following proper procedures.
7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
8. Respect confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
9. Address guest complaints promptly; relay issues to supervisors.
10. Set up and clean dining area before and after service, adhering to sanitation standards.
11. Operate equipment like fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines.
12. Collaborate with other departments during events.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.
