Perseid Restaurant in Houston's Montrose area inside Hotel Saint Augustine seeks an enthusiastic Restaurant Server to deliver an elevated dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, suggest pairings, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Experience in upscale dining, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality are essential; this on-site role offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings is a plus.

The Role:

A server is responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized dining experience through attentive, knowledgeable, and refined service. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong understanding of food, beverages, and menu storytelling while anticipating guest needs with genuine hospitality. They excel in a fast-paced, elevated dining setting where precision, grace, and consistency are essential.

Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position.
