Job summary

Creekside Cafe & Lounge at Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West Hotel is seeking part-time Morning Servers. You will greet guests, recommend menu items, and deliver orders in a fast-paced hotel restaurant. Weekend AM/PM shifts are available and training is provided.

Join a supportive team in a guest-focused environment with tips on top of competitive pay. Great for individuals who enjoy hospitality and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year server experience.
• Must be able to start shift at 5am.
• Experience in hospitality preferred.
• Possess basic math skills and cash-handling.
• Ability and flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve tables as determined by management by retrieving and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Complete knowledge of hotel’s food and beverage preparation, menu, and pricing.
• Interact with guests in a friendly/fast manner.
• Clear, clean, and prepare tables.
• Observe guest behavior when serving alcohol and suggest transportation if needed.
• Escalate guest service issues to management if unresolved.
• Ensure guests are satisfied during their meal service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Serve tables as determined by management by retrieving and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner
