The World Equestrian Center located in Wilmington, Ohio, is currently seeking guest-oriented servers to join our food and beverage team! This position offers a competitive starting wage of $10 PLUS tips.

Responsibilities include serving guests promptly, courteously, efficiently, and enthusiastically, ensuring their complete satisfaction according to company policies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Convey genuine interest in guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming, adhering to the uniform code.
• Follow hospitality standards enthusiastically as outlined by the company.
• Have working knowledge of all food and beverages served.
• Stay updated on service standards, procedures concerning charges, coupons, checks, promotions, and discounts.
• Operate registers accurately, process checks properly, and ensure legibility and proper abbreviation of checks sent to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of tables, side stations, service bar, expo line, and other areas.
• Assist in controlling costs and minimizing waste.
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned by the manager.
• Account for all checks, check out courteously, and properly claim tips.
• Assist colleagues and take initiative to help beyond normal duties.
• Display acts of kindness towards guests and colleagues.
• Share knowledge and ideas to promote team learning and growth.
• Assist with greeting, seating, bussing tables, running food, and supporting fellow servers.
• Notice and attend to guests' needs or dissatisfaction.
• Welcome passing guests and assist when busy.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
