The Leta Santa Barbara Goleta, Tapestry Collection in Goleta, CA is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Server to join our team. You will provide attentive guest service, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a smile in a fast-paced hotel restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and guest satisfaction.
• Generate checks through PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guest.
• Maintain daily organization of the restaurant, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations.

Compensation: $16.90 per hour + tips

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness

Compensation

$16.50/hour + tips

Physical Demands

• Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs
• Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areas

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year Server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred
• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
• Food Handlers Certification required
