Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, following Loews Hotels' service standards.
• Record food and beverage orders in the POS system and confirm details with guests.
• Provide menu guidance, upsell, and highlight specials to elevate the guest experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and attendants to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle special requests, dietary needs, and additional amenities with care.
• Maintain logs of orders, calls, and special instructions.
• Assist with inventory tracking for menus and supplies.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
• Regular attendance and ability to work varying schedules.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings.
