Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a Restaurant Server at Live! by Loews – St. Louis to provide exceptional table service and create a warm, memorable dining experience for guests.

You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining menu knowledge and delivering attentive service. This role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and professional conduct in a vibrant hotel restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and elevate when needed.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
