Job summary

Eatal is seeking a server to coordinate the service station in Los Angeles, ensuring a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and operates onsite with a flexible schedule.

You will greet guests, present menus, inform them of specials, take orders via POS, coordinate with hosts and kitchen staff, and assist with wine service, stocking, and cash handling. Prioritize guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room procedures.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and presents them with the menu.
• Informs guests of specials, menu changes, answers questions regarding food, beverages and allergies.
• Receives food and beverage orders from guests and relays to kitchen staff and bartender using a POS system.
• Communicates with the hosts, table support team, kitchen staff and bartenders to coordinate stations.
• Presents, opens and pours wine and beer when serving guests.
• Assists table support team with stocking work stations, removing and resetting used dishes/silverware.
• Assists with cash register at counter-service restaurants.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Job Description

Compensation: Pay range is set at $18.42 an hour plus tips (Tip Pool System)
