Eataly in California is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, seat them, and manage guest flow during service. You will be the first and last contact with guests and report to the Restaurant Manager, ensuring smooth dining room operation.
The position requires 1+ year in a high-volume restaurant, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Availability to work onsite with flexible evenings and weekends is expected; lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.

A Host is the first and last point of contact with guests at a restaurant and is responsible for greeting, seating and saying goodbye to guests as well as maintaining the flow of the restaurant during service. A Host diligently and efficiently manages seating in Eataly’s restaurants. Reports to the Restaurant Manager.
