Restaurant Server | Jimmy V's | Sheraton Raleigh

As a Jimmy V’s Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. This full-time position requires flexibility to work all shifts and schedules.

Responsibilities include ensuring tables are clean and tidy upon guest arrival, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. You should be quick on your feet and maintain a polite, friendly attitude. If you enjoy engaging with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to provide high-quality service to attract and retain customers.

Customer Satisfaction:

Our customers are our priority. Positive interactions with staff are key to a great guest experience. It is essential to remain professional and treat all guests and colleagues with courtesy and respect at all times. Every PM Hotel Group associate acts as a guest relations ambassador, every working minute.
